I thought Kaiju No. 9 sounded like Hiroyuki Yoshino until it transformed into Sugita but I just thought his voice had been heavily modulated.

One of my favorite male seiyuu. Semi-related: The mangaka, Yoshino Hiroyuki... where is that guy. Wrote The Qwaser of Stigmata and nothin'. I still want an epilogue.

And in the English Dub, Alejandro Saab voices both Kaiju No. 9 and Takamichi Hodaka.
